Pioneer Employment Service provides active practical assistance in selecting, placing and training people with a disability who want to work.
We bring together employers looking for productive, committed employees and jobseekers with a disability looking for a chance to demonstrate their abilities.
We offer a total service to both the employer and the employee, at no cost to either party.

At Pioneer Employment Service our support staff understand that time equals money.
We understand that if it takes a new employee more than the average time to learn the job, or to come in line with the worksite’s performance standard, the organisation loses money. When a new worker starts work with you, our support staff will (at no charge) be available on your worksite to assist with your training process.
We do not take over your normal training process. We observe & record your instructions, we take an active hands-on look at the job you want your new employee to do & assist them to learn the job.
On-Site-Support will be faded out when the worker has met the desired performance standard for each of their tasks. This fading out is negotiated with you & the worker. If you wish to teach the worker a new task you can call the support staff back into the worksite for assistance.
Pioneer Employment Service staff are covered by the Pioneer Employment Service WorkCover policy no matter what work site they are on.

• All of our support staff know how to break duties down into teachable steps to ensure that each task is carried out to the employer’s desired performance standard.
• On every worksite our support staff will take the responsibility of conducting a task analysis if the worker is not learning the job to a satisfactory level.
• In past experiences we have often been able to take a fresh look at individual tasks & teach the worker new methods that increase the speed & accuracy of those tasks.
• We also find that often the entire work site will adopt this new method which increases the performance standard of the entire site.
